On personal front,we practice some social activities like prayer, yo-one, laughter yoga on a daily basis to strengthen the bonding between employees. Also once in a month the employees and the management have lunch together that creates a feel of family and enhances unity.

On professional front, we encourage and promote involvement of our employees in various aspects of decision making to bring about a continuous improvement in the way we work and betterment of the workplace. For that, we have an open discussion of the entire team for atleast 5 minutes daily. Also from time to time we have group discussions and meetings between employees to gather their suggestions regarding how to continuously increase productivity.
